The Post-Crisis Consumer

It’s not all doom and gloom. John Gerzema has some interesting information about how the consumer in the US is becoming empowered and, as he puts it, moving from anxiety to action. Anyone working in the advertising or marketing industry should sit up and take note. Personally the idea of quality taking centre stage in the design world is very appealing.
